These large candlesticks are made from Stratawood which is layered using many pieces and species of wood. They are about 3" in diameter and 7" tall (with the candles 10"). The wood used is everything from Purpleheart (Central and South America) to Maple (United States). The resulting look is very attractive. These candlesticks are turned in a heavy mode, that is, they are beefy in design and thus hold the larger candles (3" in diameter) well. Short 3" goldenrod color candles are included. This pair makes a striking appearance at a holiday table.
