Do we accept Checks or Money Orders?
No. We do not accept checks or money orders. We think that they take too long for the customer. Our preferred payment is by credit card and this is the fastest way to get your order.
Do we ship to Canada?
Yes. If you're on the Canadian side of the border and thinking of shopping with us ... we do ship though the post office to Canada.
How long does it take to get my order?
Once the order is made we start on the order. If payment has been made and has cleared we usually can ship out within 3-4 business days, sometimes sooner. Most orders go 2-3 day priority mail with confirmation of delivery added for tracking purposes. You may request insurance coverage if you wish for an extra $2.50. Orders under $100 will automatically have insurance as part of the shipping cost.
What about my privacy?
We have made it a top priority to respect and protect the security of our customers. You can be absolutely assured that we will not reveal any information about you.
What about refunds?
Returns must be within 30 days after ship date & excludes shipping. All must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping charges & custom orders are not refundable. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply (custom orders, refused or wrong items). Re-box in the same box that was shipped. Re-pack securely filling extra room with packing material. Secure tightly with packing tape. Any item being returned without packing material will not receive a full refund. Please include packing list or customer name - order # - item(s) being returned - reason for returning (not necessary but appreciated) - contact information (name & email address). Refunds are within 72 hours (allow extra day for transaction).
